FULL RESISTANCE TO THE SEA WATER

The BauerHellas’s outer shell is RAL 9006 particularly resistant to ultraviolet rays, wet climates and seaside areas. Its design offers unique mechanical strengths to the lining of the tank without screws and rivets.

BAUERHELLAS IS FROST RESISTANT

The design of the BauerHellas’s closed-circuit cloak guarantees stable operation even with frost, also protecting collectors from the risk of being blocked by salts.

BAUERHELLAS PROVIDES YOU WITH HOT WATER AT WINTER

The solar we need it all the year, but more in the winter. This is why the strong 50 mm thick polyurethane insulation with a high density of 40 Kg / m³ ensures more hot water even if the outside temperature is well below zero.

BIG LIFE EXPANDACY

The metal construction of the BauerHellas tank is 3 mm ST 37 and you make it according to DIN 15085 and try at a hydraulic pressure of 22 bar (incredible, yet we invite you to see it live) This means huge strengths of the container at high pressures of the network , unlike most common solar water heaters.

RESISTANCE TO HARSH WATER

solar water heaters – are protected against corrosion, inside the tank with GLASS ENAMELING with elastic properties. This protection method is considered to be the most effective for protecting the tank in very harsh water, its elastic properties allow it to follow the metal paths (contraction-expansion) of the tank, thus avoiding the risk of cracks created in most tanks with a different enamel protection. BauerHellas manufactures solar water heaters with stainless steel tanks (INOX 316L)

COOPERATION WITH THE BOILER 

Three-energy solar water heater.On request, BauerHellas has added a heated heating circuit that is also connected to the radiator (not to the resistor), thus achieving greater economy.

BAUERHELLAS SOLAR COLLECTORS ARE RESISTANT TO AGE

Most almost solar panels generate condensation in the winter (especially in wet climates) due to the temperature difference, resulting in corrosion on the collector’s absorbent surface. The profile with which BauerHellas’s solar collectors are built prevents this phenomenon.
