• The Boiler is made of stainless steel 2.5mm, 316L Welding is done with the Tig method on the horizontal and perimeter seams. Install a 1.5mm 316L perimeter exchanger (sleeve) for the circulation of liquid, closed circuit for frost protection. For triple energy, add an additional heat exchanger (not the resistor) to connect to the radiator.

  • All boilers we manufacture are tested with water at 18 bar.

  • 4 Kw electrical resistance with double safety thermostat.

  • 2 bars (1 bar in the cap and 1 in the resistance) of 30 cm magnesium to protect the caulk from electrolysis and corrosion.

  • Stainless steel housing 304 0.5cm.

  • 50 mm cast polyurethane molded insulation, the injection of which is automated for the exact proportion and dosage of the two materials. In this way we achieve almost zero temperature loss.
