The BAUERHELLAS GLASS solar water heater features a 3mm ST37 stainless steel boiler, according to DIN 15085 (all boilers we manufacture are tested at 18 bar). Welding is done with robotic technology on the horizontal and perimeter seams and a perimeter sleeve is placed to circulate the liquid closed circuit for frost protection.
Also for the triple energy, an additional valve (not the resistor) is fitted for connection to the radiator. The BAUERHELLAS GLASS solar water heaters have a 4 Kw electrical resistance with an automatic double safety thermostat and a 30 cm magnesium rod to protect the cauldron from electrolysis and corrosion.
In addition, the 0.6 mm RAL 9006 outer polyester housing painted to protect even by the sea water. Insulation of cast polyurethane 50cm 40Kg / m3, the pouring of which is automated for the exact proportion and dosage of the two materials. In this way we achieve zero temperature loss.
